Trident Professional IT Services have traded successfully since our formation on 11th February 1991. The company quickly grew into one of the leading IT service providers in the south and currently trades from Shaftesbury Court, near Brighton City centre. 
 
Providing quality network design, installation, security solutions and consultancy, our focus has always been to provide the highest level of service.  Although Trident is primarily commissioned for UK-based installations and consultancy, we have worked around the globe.  These locations include Dubai, Malaysia, Switzerland, Canada and Spain.
 
As a value-added reseller we offer a one-stop solution for our clients’ daily needs, as well as fulfilling any large project requirements. We do this by holding long-term relationships and accreditations with many of the industry’s key vendors, including Microsoft, Symantec, McAfee, HP, IBM and Dell. This in turn provides each of our clients access to specialist advice, pricing and personal attention from these key vendors, assuring our clients invest in the right technologies at the right time, in line with their business requirements.

Since early 2000, we have offered complete flexible network maintenance contracts.  Our own hardware and network maintenance teams complement our extensive product catalogue and dedicated telephone support personnel.
 
In recent years we have expanded our product portfolio to include Voice Over IP phone systems as well as CRM solutions and many training options.  We are also pleased to have been accredited as a Microsoft Gold Partner, furthering our commitment to the Microsoft business products.
