ServerSight Monitoring 

ServerSight Monitoring turns conventional IT support on its head. Rather than waiting for you to notice that a system has failed – often involving time consuming troubleshooting on your part. ServerSight checks your critical servers every 15 minutes alerting us whenever an issue is found.  This will be highlighted on our status monitors and we’ll see the true nature of the problem, which means it can be fixed faster, keeping downtime to a minimum.    

In some cases we know about a systems issue before you do, allowing us to advise on corrective action before your users are even aware of the problem.  
 
ServerSight Monitoring proactively monitors each of the following:
 
• Operation: Checks that your server is up and running.
• Services: Checks that all of your Windows® Services are operating.
• Event Logs: Scans for critical events.
• Anti Virus: Checks products are up to date and operating.
• Backup: Checks your backups have completed successfully. 
• Disk space: Checks to ensure they are below a set threshold.
• Performance: Checks to ensure they are below a set threshold.
• Exchange: Checks your mail store is within a set threshold. 
• Connectivity: Checks that you can connect to the internet. 
• Reports: 24x7 monitoring generates monthly reports.
