Job Description We are currently offering a great opportunity to work within the sales department supplying infrastructure and support solutions based around Microsoft, VMware, Symantec and other key vendor technologies.
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise their own workload effectively, be keen and quick to learn, enjoy being busy, have a dedicated and motivated work ethic and demonstrate a natural ability to build relationships with clients. It is essential that the applicant is computer literate and can demonstrate a good knowledge of current IT solutions.
Sales Account Manager Duties Cold calling new business opportunities using supplied business directories with a view to selling board portfolio of IT solutions including IT hardware, software, networks, network support contracts, installation services and consultancy.
Managing long term success of new business through dedicated account management and spotting new opportunities. This is done through building and maintaining customer relationships. This also includes customer service and resolution of any problems as they occur is also important to the success of a profitable portfolio of clients.
