Job Description:

We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join Trident as a Sales Account Manager.  We have a 2 tier approach to the role, either for candidates seeking to build a professional career in IT sales but with a proven track record in new B2B sales and exceeding sales targets or for candidates with 3+ years experience in the IT reseller field, looking to develop their career further as a senior consultant.

The role is creation of new business opportunities using supplied business directories with a view to selling board portfolio of IT solutions including IT hardware, software, networks, network support contracts, installation services and consultancy.   With a view to managing long term success of new business through dedicated account management and spotting new opportunities.  This is done through building and maintaining customer relationships.  This also includes customer service and resolution of any problems as they occur is also important to the success of a profitable portfolio of clients.  A customer focused personality is critical to the success of the role.

The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise their own workload effectively, be keen and quick to learn, enjoy being busy, have a dedicated and motivated work ethic and demonstrate a natural ability to build relationships with clients.
