Trident stays a step ahead with new support plans

The increasing importance of IT in business performance means today’s organisations have to ensure their networks deliver optimal value. Increasingly, they need to squeeze every ounce of productivity from their IT infrastructure and in ways specifically tailored to their business size, goals and IT resources.

To stay ahead, Trident has introduced a new enhanced suite of support plans, which gives clients an expanded range of support solutions. Key amongst the innovations is the new Trident IT Manager Support Plan, which is designed to meet the challenges faced by SMEs with an in-house IT manager or department already in place. Subscribing to the plan gives clients access to a senior Trident technical team when needed: supplementing their in-house personnel during busy periods for a fixed and predictable monthly fee. Other plans in the optimised range include two entry-level PrePay support packages, a fully managed support contract and an improved ServerSight Monitoring plan, which delivers proactive remote monitoring for a client’s selected servers and workstations.

  • We’ve worked with our technical teams to deliver even better support plans. While providing all the familiar, core features of our previous contracts, the newly configured plans offer a broader choice of cover and a number of new, more flexible and targeted innovations. The result is a support portfolio that goes far beyond what we’ve offered before and which delivers the precise, customisable cover our clients need for a very competitive cost.
