Trident has extended its office space at its Brighton headquarters to accommodate its growth over the last 18 months.
The IT company has seen a surge in clients using its IT support services and expanded its technical team as a result, adding six new support and onsite engineers during 2011 and 2012. To support this growth, it has extended its office space twice in the last 24 months, including taking on the office next door.
More and more companies are outsourcing their IT support to save costs, a trend which is driving the rising uptake of our support programmes. We’re using our new space not just to accommodate our new people, but also to help us function more efficiently and improve the experience of visitors to our offices. We’ve extended our training facilities and, most notably, our demonstration capabilities by adding a spacious new meeting room, as well as a new workshop zone for preparing clients’ equipment.
