Thank you to everyone who completed our 2018 Support Desk Satisfaction Survey. Exceptional service is our constant mission and we’re delighted this year’s results are even better than in 2017. That said, we’re never complacent and your ratings help us to identify and action any areas needing improvement.

Our 2018 Survey* revealed:

  • 42% of issues were resolved on the first call
  • 98% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the time taken to resolve an issue
  • 99% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with the response they received
